A construction worker with Rudolph Libbe connects the fencing around the work site on the corner of Beacon and Cherry streets in Toledo. Building construction on Cherry Street and repaving of Canton Avenue are two construction projects a stone’s throw from each other in Toledo. A new report says Toledo is one of the top markets for construction jobs.
